A little bit of any fat would probably work.

So I ate more last night than i wanted, or should I say, had the will power to stop myself from, because I did want it
This morning, I was talking to my husband about it and we decided that instead of not super healthy appies for D&D night, I'm going to make a healthy dinner to share with everyone, cause lets me honest my friends could all use to lose a little weight lol Anyway, he suggested we out for breakfast, just after we finished talking about my eating plan, ugh needless to say moments later I was eating pancakes lol, BUT, I made them with my meal replacement and protein powder, so delicious pancakes that was nothing but a shake and a couple eggs :)

Well my weigh in won't be good tomorrow, but I can't complain since I went down 7lbs last week.
Hope everyone's having a good weekend, and happy family day tomorrow :)

I find printing quotes and sticking them around the house quite helpful! I don't know if it would work for you

Well I'm not super happy, but then again I am not surprised in the least, about the scale this morning. 1z6a2ic0yulp.png
I know that it will even out by next weigh in, so I'm not going to let this result define my week.
It's a holiday here today, so the family is home and we're going to go exploring some nature today :)

I've never tried the coconut oil. I might some day, but every time I get a little hungry, I remember something I've heard before, that most the time you are actually thirsty. So I just start chugging water and that usually always works.

Water is best cause no calories, but coconut oil will stop my hunger at the expense of only about 50 cals/hr. Also it will not spike insulin so you can still metabolize fat.

Still felt sick today so I didn't make it to the gym :( I need to make that up tomorrow. I didn't fast today cause I felt like I needed food this morning. I had an English muffin with some turkey and some better than bouillon for lunch, which by the way was yummy :yum: I kept under my calories, which was surprisingly easy thanks to the broth.

I'm planting my spring garden tomorrow if the weather cooperates. High to day got up to 56. Tomorrow high is in the 40's. Lows are usually in the 20s. Two weeks ago there was about 18-inches of snow on the ground here (Northern Utah).

I slipped on ice and fractured my wrist in two places. I'm definitely ready for Springtime!

    Beautiful view, Daj.

Oh yes Friday, how I just wanted to say screw it's today. I've had such an off week with the holiday, Valentine's Day, and being sick to boot( I haven't been sick in years, yes really) I stuck to my guns, I can't let myself fall into this cycle again of self sabatoge. I need to step into gear for the rest of Feb. I need to follow through with my goals. Who's with me?

I'm there! I hope to start losing some more myself. I had a rough week last week and 1/2 (Thurs - National Pizza day so I was sociable for lunch at work, Fri-ate at about 2 cause was camping out with scouts in the cold, Sat - ate cause was camping out in the cold, Tues - had to eat lunch with people visiting on business). After all that I'm at about even for the week or possibly up 1-lb (will see tomorrow). We will get there though.

Yeah healthy dinner game night was a big success!!!! I made cauliflower chicken fried "rice" double baked sweet potatoes , turkey ceaser wraps and ham turkey sliders. I told everyone this is how I'm cooking from now on and they were all ok with it :) I love my friends :) tomorrow I need to catch up on my reading, so i probably won't be checking in tomorrow other than putting my food in. I hope everyone has a great weekend.

Since the snow has been on s steady decline, my family and I decided to go to the archery range today to see how clear it was. The roads in were clear and someone had shoveled a path to a couple targets :) so we stayed for an hour, it was great !!
I'm not looking forward to weigh in tomorrow. I know that in the last 2 weeks, I've managed to sabatoge most of that strange 7lbs I lost. I'm going to log it anyway and move on for the rest of the month. Also I'm a little under 200 pages away from finishing my book :)

Better than I thought :) still not where I should have been, but down is down.
Heading to the gym in a minute, I'm still a little sick, the fun dry nose snotty part :( I'm not going to let that be my excuse not to go, I am however going to slam back some C4 (preworkout) lol
