98 My Dr has reduced my last Rx med (Levimer shots) and if I do OK I will get off all Rx meds for T2D.
After four years of healthy eating (WW Plan), losing 152#, enjoying water aerobics, swimming laps and trying to get 10K Fitbit steps daily I'm healthier at age 69 than since I was 39!2 -

Today 8.2 (148) Surprisingly high since I had such a good day yesterday food wise. I think if I have an evening snack, I should add an extra unit of insulin that night. The nurse said if it's high in the mornings, I could do that. I started out at 10 units at night, and she said if necessary, go to 11.

That was a normal day of food, and an extra unit of insulin before bed.

That's weird. Have you been naughty?
Today my FBS is 4.8 (87) Normally I would have a headache at this level, but I'm feeling fine. I did go for a hike yesterday on snow covered trails that took an hour and 10 minutes. I was sweating like a pig when I got back to my car. And I had a reasonable amount of food and snacks yesterday.
