and you need to mention it was challenge 3 for the 3rd one.2 -
Challenge #3
This week I had avocado, melon, green grapes, spinach, mixed greens, broccoli, and peas1 -
CHALLENGE #1 :RACING FOR THE GOLD! From Week 3
"THE SYDNEY BRIDGE CLIMB” (1332 Combined Steps Up and Down)
I chose this one as it was an easy one to complete with my kids home for march break and I went up and down the stairs a ton this week.1 -
CHALLENGE #2: RACING TO LA RÉUNION! From Week 2
“RANDONNEE ON REUNION!” (5 km outside)
This was an easy one today as the weather was early nice so I managed to go for a 5km walk outside in my neighbourhood.1 -
Challenge 3
This week I had green peas, green beans, broccoli, green apple and green grapes.1 -
@MissionEnforcer week 3 CHALLENGE #1: “THE SYDNEY BRIDGE CLIMB” 1640 steps
I did this challenge because I feel like it works. Every time I put the effort in to do the steps my calves and legs hurt for days. I also hit our local water park 3 times this week, lots of climbing to the slides, so it was a bit of a no brainer to do this one.1 -
Challenge 1
I choose the Sydney Bridge Climb from week 3. I picked this one because I have stairs in my house and it's pretty easy to just add a few more trips up and down to complete the challenge.

Challenge 2
For this one I picked Randonnee on Reunion, 5k outside. The weather has been so nice here this week that it was great to get outside and enjoy it. I love my walks in the morning when the weather is nice.

Challenge 3
The first four green things I ate this week were broccoli, kiwi, green beans, and celery. I've also had mixed greens in a salad, avocado, green peppers, and an apple.0 -
Sorry that I disappeared this week. I can't believe this is the last day of the race, but I'm also ready for a little break. I feel like I worked really hard this race. Honestly, it was a little annoying and discouraging that I was working so hard and we could never get in first place. I guess I have to look at the improvements I've made though. I was able to handle the chisel class on Monday and I also took a spin class on Friday. I wouldn't have even tried them before this race, so that's a win for me.
Sidenote: My daughter did set a new school record. Looking at the other records for the school, the coach thinks that she has a real chance of breaking a few more this season also.6 -
Team 1 has all their numbers in. We have a bunch of blank spots and open challenges. We could pull this off. We have a couple of people that haven't logged in numbers in a couple of days.1
-
I can't believe that we are at the end already. In a big way I am happy to be the end of the logging but I will miss the group.. Thank you to all our group leaders. My goal till the next challenge is to not gain back any of those pounds. I had a great time and feel great. If we do this again I would love to be on team4 again. We put up a great fight. Thank you team3
-
I can't believe this is the last day! It's been an awesome run Smashers - it was great getting to know y'all and work together. I'd love to do this race again and make it to first. I wish everyone the best on their fitness journey!5

Challenge 3

Challenge 2
Week 5
CHALLENGE #2: “WHEN IN VENICE, TAKE A GONDOLA
I enjoyed this the first time1 -
Hope I got this in on time3
-
Oh my goodness, we only have like 20 minutes left. I got in as many minutes as I could and now I'm just dead...came so close to maxing out. Really hoping that @plainanjelik and @Queen_S_01 are able to get some challenge numbers in because that would give us a huge bump up! Would be nice to win first place outright just once!
Smashers, it's been real. Like seriously, so fun. I loved learning about all the new places, the new exercise video options, the friendships we've made here--you all are seriously so inspiring! Hope you are willing to take part in another Amazing Race maybe this summer, or whenever they do one again. You are all awesome. Thanks for the amazing ride.2 -

What a race everyone! I have to admit to be disappointed that we never did make it to first place (the closest we got was a tie) but coming in 2nd and giving team 1 a run for their money isn't too shabby! Its been wonderful being part of this team! Loved every minute of it but glad to have a breather now lol. Taking a day off today! Thank you so much for a great and fun challenge and thanks for being such a great team! Go Smashers!6
-
I'm proud of how well we did, but a little disappointed we came in 2nd. I had fun learning about the different countries and pushed myself harder than I thought I could. Thanks for being such great teammates! I'm ready for a little break, but hope to join future challenges. Go Smashers!5
-
Well done TEAM 4! You guys were a force to reckon with all season and really forced us to step up our game Thanks for the push!7
