Hello OMADers!
I'll be setting my April goals tomorrow but for those of you who already know what you want from this month, post here and we'll have a little chart to follow

Ooh yay! I am hesitant to set weight loss goals, since I haven't even had a first week weigh in yet, so I am not sure what to expect! But, whatever, I want to be hopeful!
So, my April Goals :
• 246lbs on May 1. (That is very aggressive, as I am starting at 260!
• Eat leafy greens every single day!0 -
I would like to be down to 150 by May 1st

I'm going to keep my last month goal of getting into the 230's and add ride my bike at least 4 days a week and finish book 30

Under 200 lbs! First time in over 30 years.7

April's goals:
. Increase weights (weightlifting)
. Get up to 60-min runs
. Lose 2-lbs
I reserve the right to change these!1 -
Weigh 250. Aggressive but I set lofty goals. I rarely meet them but getting close to something that seems impossible is a huge win in and of itself. 21 lbs, after I get 250 I will have hit my first 2 weighloss goals. I still have a pound to go before hitting my first goal.

Nice format, here you go:
Weight- down 5 lbs to 210
Cardio - 2 times a week
Strength - 3 times a week
Inches- lose 1 ", down to 38
OMAD- 6 days a week

Yes! @1MADGIRL thank you so much for coordinating! It's so fun and motivating to see our goals "on paper" :-) I'm excited for April! Despite the disgusting snowstorm I'm in right now!1

My goal is 12 pounds not 2!

Weight - down to 184
Cardio - Swim 2x a week
Strength - Find old PT exercises for knee and do them 5x/wk
OMAD - NO CHEATING!
Other - Finish project for Germany trip

Keeping things simple this month.
OMAD: One plate of food a day + one splurge day every other week.
Weight: Lose 5 lbs0 -

I have been gradually going this direction and now I am going all in. Goal lose 5 pounds, walk 10,000 steps a day have a successful splurge day on Easter Sunday. (that is convenient) Do weights at least 2x per week.0

My current weight loss goal is to get to 180lbs. I am currently 201.2 so for April id like to try and get down to at least 190lbs.
Do 2.....3-day water fasts after each of my cheat days.
Start going to gym more frequently. As I have been limiting it to only a few times a month... And mainly working out home.
I started reintroducing dairy back into my diet.... However I'd like to cut that out again...So no more dairy.1 -

had been eating so much crap recently, and feeling abslutely lethargic after stuffing myself, cant wait to go back to OMAD (it's been 4 months since I did)
MY APRIL GOALS
weight: lose 2 inches off my waist (quite scared to weigh myself actually)
cardio: at leasr a 15 min walk everyday (spring is here!)
strength: blogailates 2 times a week- focusing on arm strength
inches- 2 inches off PLSSSS
OMAD: have a 3 hour eating window (4 to 7 everyday), start my day with soothing teas

I did not meet my March goal, so I'll be more realistic with April's goal. I've been consistently losing 5 pounds for the last 2 months, so I will set my goal at losing 5 pounds for April also.0

Happy Monday everyone!! Above is my weekly check in, meeting goals on my meals, cardio and strength also. I will weigh in on May 1st and let that surprise me. Great job everyone, 10 days in, and we all are doing great to meet our goals!!1 -

My April has been rough so far. Was injured, then sick, then had gout. I missed running for 2.5 weeks and missed some lifting too. Had a good workout today and yesterday. I'm feeling good now so I will hopefully be back into things shortly.0
