This month has some challenges that will cut into my bike time, so put me down for 100 miles.1

@Dean, oh that stinks! It is so hard to find good & reliable help! Do you own or partner your clinic? I hope that special one will see how BEAUTIFUL your neck of the woods are & be at your door soon! & sorry you are still in the 40's, we were about 60 today but windy. We may see snow with rain on Monday. yuck but we could use the moisture.
I did an hour of Tabata & 10 on my ex bike today! Had to work off yesterdays birthday dinner with cake & ice cream!!! It's hard saying (((58))). LOL

@Dean - 118 hours a week sound exhausting. You need to be less careless and more mindful about where you leave your vets!!! Joking apart, I hope it doesn't take too long to hire a replacement. I'm sure you're just catching up with your sleep from last time.

I just got home from a quick weekend in NYC. Ate my bodyweight in carbs, including raw cookie dough from a new place that's getting a lot of attention. It'll be worth it when the scale groans tomorrow morning. I did walk everywhere (2.2 miles each way to the cookie dough store) and I'm going to add 5 miles from walking yesterday (I did 11+). I think it's reasonable. After I slink off the scale tomorrow, it's back to Boot Camp.
