Me Vs the Binge -- April 2017 Challenge

Well this challenge is a challenge with yourself. The challenge is for you to win in the fight against "The Binge". Many of us struggle with binging and a few of us have found that making "The Binge" a person has helped us fight the emotions or urge to binge.
The objective of the challenge is to have more days for you (Me) than the "The Binge".
When you have a day you do not succumb to binge urges or binge give yourself (ME) a point. When you give in to the urge to binge you give 'The Binge" a point. No beating yourself up about it because tomorrow is another day. Honesty with yourself is crucial for it to help you and others.
So we keep score with ourselves the whole month. We encourage each other along the way. Please feel free to share your ups, downs, successes, struggles, etc. You will find you are not alone. See below for format. Feel free to use it or use your own format. This Challenge keeps you mindful of binging and the daily support and accountability helps also.
Check in often. The more you check and share the better you will do for the month. So are you in? You are stronger than “The Binge.” One day at a time.

I've been making awful choices and totally gained weight last week. So tired of undoing everything good that I do. Also very much in a funk today. An MFP friend passed away, someone who made a huge difference in my life even from the other side of the world. Planning to keep my head down and get through this week without making more bad choices. Just feeling really defeated right now.2 -
@moxie42 - Sometimes with all the ups, downs, and sucker punches of life, I truly wonder how any of us survive. Just focus on making the better choice where possible, and work through your grief. We know you'll be plugging away again against the insanity sooner or later! (HUGS)3

Thanks, @KnitOrMiss. I fell off the wagon, and was feeling okay about starting over again today, and then that news just shocked me. You're right though- this will pass. At least I don't want to binge- I'm a little surprised but very grateful for that! *hug*4

I have been MIA for a few days, but staying on track.. It seems I sort of get through one life-changing obstacle and another is right behind it. And I'm saying this as a super optimistic person! Agh, wow. The saving Grace -- I've finally found my motivation to workout in order to clear my head. It's the only thing that is working, and THAT at least, is a beautiful thing!
And thank you @lamlam2013 ! I am really being tested right now, but using new and positive resources is helping.2 -

It sounds like a lot of us are going through rough patches- hopefully things improve for all of us soon! @mae918 - Great job finding healthy ways to deal with all the challenges going on! What kind of exercises do you do when you're not really feeling motivated to work out? I desperately need to replace some unhealthy habits with healthy ones, but I have the hardest time committing to workouts.1 -

Vacationing on the Gulf of Fl. Too much sea/see food for a mountain man to avoid with the BINGE shouting "Hey your on vacation have a ...". Did win 1 yesterday finally.
