Hi, I guess I am bit late in the April goal bandwagon, my goal for April is to lose 10lbs, hit daily walk goal of 10000 steps, and start a bullet journal.

You're all welcome! Sorry I'm being a bit late. Trying to keep up with some personal stuff1

I am sure a lot of you know this but if you dont please use my experience as a guideline on what not to do for your journey.
I went from 202 to 184 in a month and half and lost 2.5% bodyfat. I was in a hurry to get to 179 and ate less and less daily while still working out big time. I was averaging 1500-1700 a day and my weight and fat % has gone up because my body is in a starvation mode. I feel silly for doing such a amateur mistake but its a lesson learned!
I will be increasing to 2000-2200 calories effective today to achieve my april goal!1 -

I think slow and sure is better than fast and then quite always!0 -
Gracious, I'm late to the game as well seeing how I'm just starting OMAD.
Goal for the 13 days left in April: Five Pounds
No exercise goals since I just learned about that no-no. Haha0 -
27 Feb 17 - 225.8
06 March 17 - 224.2
13 March 17 - 217.6
20 March 17 - 214.2
27 March 17 - 214.3
31 March 17 - 216
3 April 17 - 213.3
10 April 17 - 212.5
17 April 17 - 222.4 (new Scale ?)
So I am not sure what happened, but I will blame most of it on a new scale. I did have 3 days of bad eating, but I honestly don't think it was 10 lbs worth of it. Anyway, it is what it is, I am going to take a week off of lifting and just do some light cardio, stick to OMAD, and see what happens.
I did keep up with my strength training and cardio goals for the week, and am still feeling great with good fitting clothes!!0 -

Is the new scale a fitbit aria? I found my aria to be very inaccurate in both weight and fat%. switched to a yunmai and its consistent for over 6 months now. I still have the aria and its way off0 -
No, It's a Weight Watchers by Conair. It is the only scale Costco had when I decided I needed a new one...0

Great job!!1 -
@wsandy8512
very nice!1 -
My April has been rough so far. Was injured, then sick, then had gout. I missed running for 2.5 weeks and missed some lifting too. Had a good workout today and yesterday. I'm feeling good now so I will hopefully be back into things shortly.
Was rough but I made the goal of 2-lbs lost. Didn't get up to 60-min runs but did get up to 35-min runs after being injured/sick and ran a 29:20 5k (9:24 min/mile pace). Weights I went down. I have missed a lot of sessions, last two weeks was very busy. Will get after it next month.1 -
@Vanguard1 and @Blambo61, thank you both :-)0
