    I did- 72 minutes, so I'm assuming I went my 1.5 miles, but I wasn't counting.

I've been finding it surprisingly calming NOT to count my laps and to play other head games instead. Swimming by the clock is a different experience for me!

75 minutes-- mostly freestyle-- a little kickboard. On the clock rather than counting, but I'm guessing 54 - 56 laps.

Brought a friend who has M.S. with me for lap swim. He had a great time. I forgot my swim watch and figure I did a mile or so. Felt great to get back in after 10 or so dry days.

2 Pool sessions today. Total 2400m

Noon Hour Splash and dash that was a little crowded so it was hard to get a good workout in.
8x100m Free, Breast, Back, Kick ( back, whip, free )

Back in the water at 6:30pm for an Evening swim. 2 lanes & 2 swimmers ; Happy Happy. :):D:p
    Broken 800m x 2.
Focusing on 3 stroke breathing rhythm.
Clean Flip Turns - even in the shallow ( hit your head on the bottom of the pool ) end
5m Dolphin off the walls (dropped a marker on the pool bottom).
Also worked on Long Stroke with a better body roll, especially on my weaker-left side.

First race today at World Masters Games. Long course (50m) pools are sooooooo hard!!

200IM did 2.56.91 which was a PB by 8 seconds - came 6th in my 45-49 age group so can't complain with that!

Got bronze in the 100 back but then disqualified for SUPPOSEDLY gliding too long before my turn. Which SLOWS YOU DOWN AND DISADVANTAGES YOU

So I'm gutted beyond belief. And now paranoid about last two races. Never been disqualified in my life. And to lose a medal at the World Games over it is just devastating. Did my best ever time too.
