    I know the feeling, some of the meals I've seen in this area made me want food earlier, too. lol

    I could only eat 1 1/2, it's very filling. I was really surprised how great the low carb/low sodium wraps were. Very soft, nice flavor. They've come along way on making tasty low carb products. I'm not on a low carb diet, but I'm choosey about what kind I eat, trying to avoid the white processed crap-o-la. :-)

    Enjoyed breakfast for my meal today! Oatmeal with blueberries and banana, and a breakfast wrap with eggs, bacon, onions, one honeygold potato, spinach, and topped off with Newman's Own Hot Salsa! It was absolutely delicious. The whole meal came out to 1018 calories (butter and olive oil included). I forgot to add cheese on my wrap so eating a couple ounces of extra sharp cheddar cheese at 120 calories/each for a total caloric intake of 1248 which is in my range for the day. Good thing, because I am stuffed

    @ShannonOMAD

    Thanks for the list of stuff above. I will have to try some of that. Gout is my #1 enemy. I lost 4-5 months of running last year due to it. I've missed a couple of skii seasons too. i can feel it a little in my knee as I type. I take my meds but it is still a problem.

    Being fat is bad for gout (turn over of cells I believe). Losing weight is bad for gout (ketones compete with uric acid for excretion). Meats produce uric acid. Fructose is supposed to be as bad or worse than meat for gout. Gout is a combination of uric acid crystals and your immune system going off on them. Some foods are worse and I think it may be due to getting the immune system going. Not sure.

    ACV is good for gout!

    Dinner out at The Cheesecake Factory last night! I had (about a third of) a Vegan Cobb Salad, and (all of!) Korean fried cauliflower. It was sooooo delicious! I love Cheesecake Factory because they put the calories right on the menu! Super helpful.
