Had a chicken fillet burger and fries tonight now I'm going onto my first 96 hour fast, will give an update each day on how I'm getting on with it.

Be careful with extended fasts. For every person I've seen that tries very few don't get derailed.0

Blambo, you were right, lasted two days and then went to a party and my will power gave in,
Weighed in yesterday and actually gained 1.5lbs on my weekly weigh in.
Not yet Brenda it's this weekend she goes away but thought I'd try it early to see how it goes.
So not well for the extended fasts, I will give it another go not sure when but for now I'm not gonna put a time on my extended fasts now just gonna take the fasts at a day at a time.

When I started OMAD I would do an all day water fast once a week and that was it, I couldn't do more than that because I get too hungry0

Lake Brenda I did a one day fast after my first couple weeks of omad and that was it, I eased into anything longer and even then I don't do more than 72 hours except occasionally... It has to be sustainable and if you're miserable it won't be 72 hours is still respectable so I bet those pound and a half will be gone before you know it0 -
I know myself, and realise that if I tried to do more than one day I would lose it! Having said that, the health benefits of doing longer fasts seem to have a lot of science to back them up, so it's always in the back of my mind. I keep reading about doing yearly 3-7 day fasts to kill/disable (or something) cancer cells, which is so interesting. Maybe when I get to maintenance I will try something like that.0

Week 11, 244.9 this was my stag weekend and I did well to only gain 0.7lbs then bank holiday weekend would of been week 12 but. there was no weigh in.
Week 13, 242.7
So lost 2.2 lbs this week happy with that.0 -
