SW: 138
Former Goal: 120
New goal weight: 115
Current Weight: 121, I'm up two pounds because I fell off the wagon slightly for a few weeks. I was still low carb, just not as careful with my carb counts and I had a few week moments! Had my doc follow up and he said "good job but you need to lose another 10 pounds." So here I am, back at it with IF and < or = 20 carbs per day. I'm going to get another medical opinion on the 24th because I'm not sure if I should follow his "lose more weight" advise.

Wow - why did your doc say this?! Do you have any other health issues? I'm much shorter than you and my weights are pretty similar to yours and I've never had a doc say anything negative about my weight (I have low BP, perfect cholesterol, etc. Just literally a high weight)2 -

I think your Doc is crazy... your current stats give you a BMI of 20.8 - smack in the middle of the 'healthy range'.0 -

I have NAFLD (aka my liver is super fatty) and I have a small hernia under my rib cage due to DR (separated abs). The hope is, ten more pounds will clear my liver and help my hernia so I can avoid surgery.1 -

WIW is actually Tuesday this week as I'm traveling for work and really only (barely) trust my home scale. Trust isn't right.....tollerate. I tollerate it as one marker of progress. Anyway:

Non scale victory today! Scale says I am up 2.4 pounds heavier (even though I have been eating right and exercising) but the measuring tape says I have lost half an inch off my neck, arms, and hips. I think I will be able to go down another size soon! So yay!6 -
