A cold & WINDY day! Have a chance of the white 4 letter word tonight & in the morning. Its only October so I sure hope NOT!!!!!
I got my husband to workout with me this evening! Got him on the treadmill & took him through a full body lifting regime. He did good but I'm sure he'll feel it in the next couple of days. LOL
I did 3 on the treadmill, 2.5 on the bike & a full body weight workout.

WoW, clear blue skies today, but ENE winds were not very warm, plus Fall debris blowing everywhere. Half turbo, half cycling.
Goal: 250.0 miles
10/01 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (supposed to warm up this week, roadride!)
10/02 - 02.0 miles rest day walk
10/03 - 11.5 miles turbo trainer (session 1 cadence, was not so good)
10/03 - 11.5 miles cycling (decided to ride in nasty ENE winds, not very warm. But a short ride)
Total: 48.0 miles
