Day 71 done this morning with a 30 minute walk with my girlfriend! Had to drag her to the walk!1 -
Day 77: walked for 28 minutes and then did 13 minutes of Zumba. I took a different route on my walk and didn’t think it was going to be as short as it was lol so I had to make up the time with my Zumba video. Once my daughter sees our house she thinks it’s time to be done.2

Day 79, 125 minutes movement, including a brisk walk. I pulled on a shirt that I haven't worn in a couple weeks, and was surprised to find it is now loose. Whoo-hoo!2

Another day done- morning workout with a friend.... my after work schedule has been hectic! Good thing I’ve gotten workouts done early!2

Day 81: 150 minutes movement, including 85 minutes brisk walk. I am happily sitting in my recliner now, and I ain't movin'!0

Day 81: I almost forgot to post! So today was a rough day. I normally get up and either walk or do my Zumba videos but this morning we tried squeezing grocery shopping in before the little boy I just started watching this week showed up. We got home and I attempted to start my Dance that walk video and he started crying so I put him in a high chair with some snacks and started again. I only got 20 minutes done he was very fussy today so hopefully he gets better as he gets used to me and the other kids (he’s only 11 months).2

Day 82: it feels amazing to enter that high number of days! We are DOING this! I had 220 minutes movement, including a walk this afternoon, I love the fall foliage.1

Wow didn’t realize I hadn’t posted since the 16th! It was an extremely busy week with a new infant adjusting to my in home child care and 2 others on fall break I normally don’t watch all on top of crazy homework! My workouts suffered a little with the new infant as I normally leave the kids with my husband and take my walk or do my dvds with the kids playing. It the infant wouldn’t stop crying if I wasn’t sitting on the floor with him in my lap or holding him so that was a challenge
Day 86: 35 minutes
Day 87: 32 minutes
Day 88: 41 minutes
Day 89: 42 minutes
And today is day 90 but I will post later when I figure out what I am doing1 -
Day 89: 145 minutes, including a Lot of walking.
Day 90, 65 minutes. Lazybuns.0
