    I'm in! I'm really hoping/planning to lose 10+ lbs this month. With December being full of Christmas festivities and my birthday, this is really going to be a challenge!

    Not sure how long this will last, out to my son's for dinner this evening and away for a few days next week, sigh, but loving it just now!! Yes, and correct; I shouldn't complain about going away!

    Oh that's so awesome!! Yippee! You never know. It may stick around, or it may surprise you and be even lower next week!

    I'm putting off weighing in. I feel bloated again this morning. Blah. Drinking my coffee before taking my shower in hopes things will start moving! LOL! Sorry -- TMI.

    Yes, that's a tough order but at least we will have support and encouragement and if all else fails there is the January Challenge to come!! Welcome to December by the way :)

    Goodness I don't even have my shower or coffee before weighing in, I have a fear that my skin is water permeable and will add to my weight!! :D Good luck later in every way/weigh!

    Hahaha! No, I mean usually I weigh in, take my shower, then have my coffee. Today I'm having my coffee first, then weigh-in and then take my shower! LOL! I never weigh in after my shower either! I feel like my skin absorbs a whole bunch of water! But coffee usually leaves my body rather quickly, taking a bunch of stuff with it. It might not work today. LOL! Meh...I'll be a lot lighter next week! I hope!

    @chinatowninchina Nope, no happy surprise. Not even a bad surprise. I knew it wasn't going to be a good weigh-in. But I'm not sad about it. I know it will go back down.

    I'm in for some December accountability! My goals are:
    ☆get my water in
    ☆follow whatever exercise plan the trainer and I set up this morning
    ☆blow the dust off my running shoes and get back at it
    ☆keep my macros in check and be as far south of 200 as I can be by Christmas Eve. I'd like to start 2018 under 200#.

    Over Thanksgiving, I shook hands with my son (25yrs) that we'd both lose 10 pounds by Christmas. Mostly, he was just trying to see how much that I actually weighed. Still my little scalawag, that one. I explained that it had to be on the Honor System. (Always "The Mom") Then, my brother in LA expressed interest in getting in on our little wager. There are no winnings except the loss of 10 pounds of fat. I'll take it!

    So, do you think that I can do that? That's 22 days. Yikes. Well, ladies and gentlemen, I am going to try very hard! Even if I don't succeed. I am on it! Anyone out there is welcome to get in on our nerdy little challenge!

    Well done you lost almost a pound in just a couple of days! 22 days; go for it, even if you don't make 10 pounds just make sure you beat your son!!! I only wish my brother had 10lbs to loose, we go two ways in our family so why did I get the fat genes! <3

    Yeah, I'd like to loose before Christmas as well but I feel I may end up settling for no gain as well on 31st December! Still we may all surprise ourselves o:)
