BTW, i cheated all this week.. Not that I indulged badly, but I had two meals a day. So I am definitely going to see a gain in this week's report. This weekend will be a family gathering event. That will make OMAD difficult. Starting Monday, I am definitely going to be focused and determined. No more excuses.0 -
