@jaygirl3 - I get it!! Weekends used to be one of my biggest struggles too. We all have our weak points. It helped me to clean out the fridge and pantry and to make single serving packs of my healthy snacks so it was easy to grab and less tempting to splurge. It would help if you could pinpoint why you splurge on weekends. Boredom? Social gatherings? Kids keeping you busy or driving you crazy ? There are ways to succeed regardless of the situation. Planning and prepping are key for my success. Hopefully this helps!0

Hi team! Sorry I was missing in action this weekend, my partner came down with Strep throat & an ear infection and my child was struck with a stomach bug and cough. Man it's gross in my house! Everyone seems to be on the mend (knock on wood!) so I'm hopeful to have my life a bit more together this week and get caught up.0

I had a good week start for my new diet regimen. No exercise yet but starting today, will have to be inside video today. Snow expected with cold windchills. Just getting the water weight off makes a difference in how I feel. I got a new water bottle from hubby for Christmas, a smart bottle from thermos that connects to my Fitbit account to keep track that I plan on getting started today.

New scales which weigh approx 1.2kg or 2.6lb heavier than my old ones (side by side comparison). So happy that not a "real" gain, but still a bit depressing to see a higher number. However, they have a higher maximum weight so will be better for my husband to use as well. Sorry team!0 -

That's always been my fear with new scales! You did lose this week though, even if the new scale doesn't show it0 -
