I stopped for about a month, but I have never finished this program. I refused to start over. So I started back were I left off at the beginning of week 6. I finished W6 D3 last night and I am so proud of myself for completing 22 minutes without stopping. It may not have been a fast pace run, but I finished it.
Great job finishing! I just did Week 7 Day 2 last night. Hoping to do Day 3 tomorrow but might need an extra day of rest. Listen to your body. Don't give up. You can do it!1 -
Hi I’m new. I’m on Week 1 Day 33

Hi. I am new as well. I did week 2 day 1 this morning. It was ok except that I somehow put my phone in sleep mode and only got push alerts as to when to run for the first 2 prompts. lol. I thought it was a pretty long warm up walk so I pulled out my phone and looked. But I did do the 2 missed runs based on the distance that the other 90 second runs would get me. (1 and a quarter laps on the indoor track.) I don't want to make this mistake again. Slow as a turtle but faster than the dude on the couch!2

Week 2 day 1 last night for about the fifth time after restarting the program yet again. This time I'm determined to complete it and keep my fitness up rather than refers back to my fat old self2

After day 3 of week 2, I fell flat on my butt outside the gym on the ice. I cracked my tail bone. I am at a slight stand still for now.0

Gosh, I'm sorry to hear that! I hope you recover quickly. Are there any activities you are allowed to do while you heal?0 -
Aw thanks. I went onto the elliptical yesterday and that was fine. I am going to try to swim tomorrow. It's not that bad except when moving from sitting to standing or standing to sitting. I can definitely do things to stay active, just maybe not what I want to do. I am just really bummed it happened but it could have been a lot worse.1

Week Two Day Two done
Felt good even finished with a slow jog on cool down1 -
week 3, day 1 done.
It nearly killed me but no unscheduled walks for me.2 -
Just got started on W1D1 again today. I'd graduated from C25K back in 2015, but fell off the running wagon halfway into 2016 and through 2017, sadly. It wasn't hard at all, and I'm hopeful I haven't lost all my cardio ability!3

Week 4 day 2 done today. One more of those and I am halfway.1

Holy crap! I just did 20 minutes with no walking. Slow as hell and on a treadmill but day one I could not do 1 minute without walking.
Done week 5, day 3!☺7 -

Done week 5, day 3!☺
Well done-that feeling is so wonderful!
I'm re-starting the C25k. I finished it last summer, and kept up with running for a few months, but stopped running in late fall when I got sick and things got hectic. W1D1 down!2 -

Way to go! Keep at it. The feeling of moving onto the next week is amazing.0 -
Well week 6, day 2 done. (2 10minute jogs)
It was really a tough go for me and I really considered walking during the second 10 minute jog but I told myself "Smarten the hell up girl. Monday you went 20 minutes without walking." I think I was in need of a bit of food first. Sometimes I do first, sometimes not.
I learned that as much as your mind can talk you OUT of doing it, your mind can talk you INTO doing it.
That was my last day with walking breaks, oh boy.4 -
Week 6, Day 3 all done.
Officially 3/4 done the program.3 -

Seriously? That is a great to hear.
I did 22 minutes today. There are no More walking breaks for me at this point.
I can do this.2 -

That’s great! I finished week 1. I have to figure out when I can run tomorrow-I forgot how packed my day is. I’ll make it work, even if it’s running in place at home between my class and kid pickup.1 -

Yep, don't miss because once you do miss it's hard to get back at. Good work on completing week 1.0 -
My class was canceled so I went after my meeting. My weather app promised the rain would hold off for an hour. I was laughing my *kitten* off as I texted my husband a selfie of me running soaking wet.3

I just did week 7, day 1! It went really well. 5 days left!!!
I was just thinking about New Years Day. I had to do the straight 20 minutes. I had been quite scared about it. I did it at the gym on a treadmill with a friend walking on the next machine. It went quite well.
When I got home I totally had a moment. I just melted down and started crying out of happiness! I was so proud of myself at that moment. I knew then that I will eventually complete this sucker. On week 1, day 1 (at the indoor track) I could not get through any of the 60 second jogs without walking and I wanted to throw up!3 -
Week 7, day 2 done.
I actually did it last night because I was feeling it.
I know I was supposed to rest a bit more but I could not help myself. Ooops.2 -

Well done!
W2d3 down. I had to trick myself into it by telling myself I only had to walk, not run.0 -

Awesome! Keep at it!
Sadly our minds can be our worst enemy on this program.
I too had to trick my mind a few times.
High 5!0
