When you all first starting losing weight, were can you feel it first? I feel like I am losing in the weirdest places:/1 -
@wyhorzegal I felt it first on my back hips above my butt. I was starting to get humps there and my husband and myself started noticing it was going down. Still have a ways to go before my back side isn’t deformed so to speak but I know it will look like my old butt again. It used to be a great one! It deshaped from sitting at a desk for 16 years.0

I have been contemplating on posting all day. My grandmother is on her death bed and I am a person that eats when stressed or sad. I told myself no excuses this time around but that is all I have been giving lately. This year has been ridiculous so far an i hate it.i keep saying, it has got to get better. I recently came back from Dubai the food was delicious, but I did walk a lot sightseeing, so I think that helped me lose weight, and I reduced my portions as well.

Did a Yoga class with my daughter last evening. Omg, what a disaster! There is no way I could ever get my body distorted to look like a pretzel. We will have to do a simpler class for beginners . We enjoyed a Zumba class today.1

Please try not to be so hard on yourself. Yes, you're having a hard year but you're being strong and there for your family so try to give yourself that same understanding. Caring for a sick loved one requires a huge amount of physical and emotional energy so try to take care of yourself and know that you have nothing to be ashamed of.

I have gone over my calories the past 3 days. I was doing sooooo good too and losing weight. I will get back on track tomorrow. Weekend funtime with the family is over haha. I definitely feel the bloat from my bad choices.0
