            Definitely, can't imagine doing anything else. Down 76lb. My weight loss is much slower now but still losing. Aiming to lose another 40lb.0

            Nice! I’m actually thinking of trying this in some way after all. Our vacation is 2 weeks from Friday, and I want to see more visible changes in my body by then. Maybe I am being too greedy again, but I wouldn’t mind being a bit more aggressive about losing more fat, especially since it doesn’t require following LC daily. I am going to ask my trainer friend about it tomorrow.

 I'm still going to do Carb Cycling but I'm going to do it differently...On Low Carb days I will wait eat in a 6 hour window between Noon and 6 and on my OMAD days I will eat Carbs

            Brenda, I like your new plan. It seems to be very simple and simple is the name of the game for me. I like the alternating days and think I will adopt that for myself with my new plan instead of doing my LC days back to back which could prove hard if not planned out. I will stick with OMAD everyday for now though as it is the best thing for me right now. So my new plan will look like:
 MONDAY.........LC OMAD
 TUESDAY.........NO RESTRICTIONS OMAD
 WEDNESDAY....LC OMAD
 THURSDAY......NO RESTRICTIONS OMAD
 FRIDAY........... LC OMAD
 SATURDAY......NO RESTRICTIONS OMAD
 SUNDAY..........NO RESTRICTIONS OMAD

 That is how I do it for maintenance except I do eat carbs later in the eating window on the 2mad days.1

 I tweaked my plan because OMAD on the weekends just aren't working for me...
 On Low Carb days I will eat in a 6 hour window between Noon and 6...On my OMAD days I will eat either Moderate or High Carbs and on the weekends I will eat High Carbs in a 6 hour window between Noon and 6
