I'm out in California to see my parents. It's really hard seeing them decline. Reading the posts this week about the trials some are facing puts it in perspective. I'm going to try to focus on what a gift it is to still have parents in their 90's and try to enjoy what time we have left together. Have a great weekend!1 -

@Janet: Enjoy your visit with your parents. Despite his decline in health, I do not regret a minute having my father here with me. He is a blessing and I think it is amazing seeing our folks in their 90’s. Perhaps many of us will see 100. I had a great great aunt reach 103 and that was back in the 60’s. Now it is becoming common place due to better medical advances. My students in grades 4anlive on their iPads and they say there will be in an obesity epedemic when they reach 30.Technology is going to be the destruction of health not to mention other things.
@kar: So you know why they won’t cover iron? That is so crazy.
