@0831227. I put your weigh day as Wednesday (since you weigh every morning like I do). I also put you in team Run Track Minds.
The competition only requires one weight ENTERED each week and the week runs from Sunday to Saturday. Wednesday, for me, I found the best day as it is unlikely to be a holiday or away from routine. It also gives "grace" days to allow you to weigh in early or late for the week if required.
I prefer to weigh daily, but track the week's average. This way an individual weight fluctuation is not a "disaster" for the week. The more "data points" I have, the more accurate the information. I also get fairly regular feedback as to what foods and exercises do me the most harm and most good. (Hint: good sleep is crucial to weight management as you regularly lose about 1 lb of water overnight just breathing )
I found size the most reliable way of tracking whether gaining or losing rather than weight.
