I am in! I, also am new to Keto way of eating and also to this message board). I'm serious, determined, nervous and soooooo excited! I can't wait to shed the unhealthy extra pounds. I want to live a healthy long life for myself & my loved one.

I'm new and I'm in! First 10 days on Keto lost 10 pounds then been bouncing around for 3 weeks uggg. I feel like I've read every blog and book out there on Keto. I did start weightlifting and cardio 2 weeks ago and just willing to give that up unless someone tells me I absolutely have to to make this work? Help!

Hi there! I did weight lifting a while back (I was in the gym 3 hours a day...yikes.) and building muscle while burning fat can be a bit frustrating because the scale doesn't really move down much. I'd say go with measurements and pictures to see progress.

We're off again! On holidays this weekend so may have to weigh in on Friday morning...not sure what the scale will be like where I'm travelling to.

Hope that's why I'm slowing down a bit. Discovered weight lifting when I moved to Sweden and it's much more fun than the treadmill! Need to remember to measure myself not just weigh!1 -

Goal 135 by Feb 13th. My birthday! Then I think I k8ght try for 130 and then MAINTAINANCE!!!3 -
Closing out January at 183.8 lbs. January was my first month of the Keto lifestyle and, as advertised the first 3 to 4 weeks of keto, I shed pounds of water ( 20.6 pounds in 4 weeks). I expect the weight loss to slow way down this next four weeks. So, my goals for February will be much lower.
In February my focus will not just be on weight. Now that I’m fully Keto adapted I expect to see my body fat go down with my weight. I won’t be boring all of you and embarrassing myself, by posting my body fat stats, but I will report my BF% losses.
Of course I still need and want to lose weight but I don’t expect to keep losing at January’s pace. This month I would like to lose 8 pounds. At 2 pounds per week that will be a challenging but attainable target for me. Hope all of you meet or exceed your goals. See you on Sundays, hopefully 2 pounds lighter with more muscle mass and less body fat.

Goodbye January. You were only okay (to me anyway). I was looking through the Spreadsheet and WOW is all I can say to the amazing results the group had as a whole. So much success is waiting to be had for those who stay on course. If you struggled with the scale, like I did, let's press on and see what we can accomplish in the month to come. On to the next month!

My starting weight when I started 16 days ago was 69.3kg and now I'm on 65.3kg so a whole lot of water weight! I'm super excited to get rid of some actual fat this February month. I don't know what would be realistic to have as a goal within one month but long term goal is 55kg!! Maybe get to 62kg in 4 weeks?

Hey all! I’d love to join and keep accountable for weekly losses. I’ve been weighing daily at first and then have now been sporadic as it seems I bounce around .2-.6 for several days then whoosh 3 pounds..every darn week! So, here goes!
As far as goals, I’d love to break out of the 180s and get at least 3 workouts in per week.
