First February weigh-in 181.8lbs. Super satisfied with my 2.6 pound loss from last Sunday because I really expected my weight loss to slow way down on week 4 of my Keto experience. Maybe the super red blood moon last Wednesday influenced my gravitational pull on the earth (made me lighter).
My Tanita scale also told me I lost 1.6% of Body Fat this week. From the New Year I’ve lost 7.4% BF. One of my Feb goals is to lose BF% so I’m trending on the right BF path. In addition, I’ve now reached 1.5 bowling balls of weight loss.
Before I leave this post I would like to congratulate all of you Keto fans for a great January! And I would like to nominate River Goddess as the posterchild for the January Keto Challenge thread. She lost over 21 pounds in January and encouraged many of us with her always positive comments and replies. River Goddess you are amazing and an inspiration for us all.

FINALLY! Some movement! I'm going to NOT sabotage the momentum, eating all the crap today. It's going to be wings and cucumber salad for me!

I hit my first plateau this week. Over the last few days I even bounced up to 284.6 but today's weight is heading back down. No cheat days but I started a very stressful rotation at my job this month so cortisol increase could definitely play a role. Keeping an eye on it and going to do some recalculations, but I'm hopeful things will start moving in the right direction again.2 -

I’m really bad at remembering to come on here to post but I started keto on Jan 1st at 175 and today I was 162! The thing that has encouraged me the most is taking progress pictures every two weeks. My last picture only represented a 4lb loss but there’s a huge difference in inches based on the picture!

Hi Everyone! I hope it's not too late to Join! I just started Keto on the 1st, so I'm hoping to get fat adapted in this week. I'm on day five and last night the lethargy hit me hard!
