I’m really bad at remembering to come on here to post but I started keto on Jan 1st at 175 and today I was 162! The thing that has encouraged me the most is taking progress pictures every two weeks. My last picture only represented a 4lb loss but there’s a huge difference in inches based on the picture!

Hi Everyone! I hope it's not too late to Join! I just started Keto on the 1st, so I'm hoping to get fat adapted in this week. I'm on day five and last night the lethargy hit me hard!

I watch a lot of keto groups on FB. Never once posted on them lol. But I honestly feel like some people make this harder than it needs to be. I for one am not strict strict keto. For instance.. I eat the reduced sugar ketchup instead of regular. Keto police say NO!! They say no store bought ranch cuz it has sugar, no hellmans mayo cuz it has sugar. I have lost just about 50 lbs in 4 months and I ate all of that lol. Bullet proof coffee... might be awesome, I have yet to drink it lol. I guess it's just to each their own. I would have not gotten this far with this diet had I stuck to the keto police rules lol...
With that said I'm definetly not trying to insult the one who are doing it the extreme strict keto way, more power to you. You guys rock!! We all rock, everyone ROCKS!!!4 -

"What she said!" Here's the thing I like about off the shelf mayo. Mine has zero carbs, zero protein and 10g fat. It has 90cals per serving and all 90 are from fat. It kicks up my fat percentage with just a few servings. And even more important it makes everything taste delicious. I eating fat!!!!!!2 -
So I know this isn't Sunday and I know this won't last as we fly to Italy later today (with my scales!) for 10 days but today I was my lowest weight for ages 156.4! So today I'm cheering and I will get back there and below it again. Also I measured. I only do boobs (which on me are not small!) proper waist, fattest bit of tummy and hips and I'd lost an inch of each in 2 weeks, well .5 of an inch of the boobs! Yeah!5
