I was feeling very inadequate that people are already making their February goal but I checked and Dave actually means @wanderan and @alyssa_a21 made goal in January. Whew!
Love you Dave and glad to know you are human after all.
I had a busy 24 hours. Rode my bike into the bike shop for a tune up (and rode a loaner home - who knew there are loaner bikes LOL). 3 mile run this morning, then walked my dog and the neighbors for a mile. Then rode the loaner bike back and picked up mine this afternoon. All that puts me at 32/75.2 -

I’d like to echo the thanks directed at Janet and Dave - you do take care of us soooo well
1st: 3 miles purposeful walking - MTD 3
2nd: 4 miles purposeful walking - MTD 7
3rd: 4 miles purposeful walking - MTD 11
4th: 8 miles 2.2 m running, 5.8 m purposeful walking - MTD 19
5th: 6.5 miles, 1.1 m running, 5.4 m purposeful walking - MTD 25.5
6th: 8 miles, 4.42 m running, 3.56 m purposeful walking - MTD 33.5
On the first I did a new class ..... Zuu. It’s only 30 mins of helll!! It did nothing to ease the glute muscle (close to my sit bone) that appears to be stressed. Just hoping it’s not piriformis.............2 -
