    I was feeling very inadequate that people are already making their February goal but I checked and Dave actually means @wanderan and @alyssa_a21 made goal in January. Whew! <3<3<3 Love you Dave and glad to know you are human after all. o:)

    I had a busy 24 hours. Rode my bike into the bike shop for a tune up (and rode a loaner home - who knew there are loaner bikes LOL). 3 mile run this morning, then walked my dog and the neighbors for a mile. Then rode the loaner bike back and picked up mine this afternoon. All that puts me at 32/75.

    On the first I did a new class ..... Zuu. It’s only 30 mins of helll!! It did nothing to ease the glute muscle (close to my sit bone) that appears to be stressed. Just hoping it’s not piriformis.............

    And that's awesome about the loaner bikes! :+1: Never heard of bike shops doing that, but why not??
