Day 10 of being accountable. Nothing exciting happened today, just normal day-to-day stuff.
I’m grateful for a beautiful day to be out and about!

A little bummed cause I’m all out of test strips (until tomorrow) so I have no idea of my blood sugar reading *sigh*

Day 12 of continued accountability. It's a rest day, so nothing strenuous for me, just some basic steps via my fitbit, and adding more cals in (per my Doc). I realized I'm a quarter inch taller, probably because of improving my posture. Also, I'm happy to have released a few pounds this weigh-in!:

    MFP SW: 209.8 lbs
    SW (last week): 180.0 lb
    CW: 177.0
    GW: 140 lbs
    5’5"

Day 13 of being accountable of my health, as it is all in my hands. Today was a day of healthy eating and exercise (9,000 + steps, 4 miles), meeting my 1,500 calorie and lower carb goals.
My blood sugar is now officially in a healthy range, so I’m looking forward to being off meds soon!!

    Here’s to a great day!

Day 14 of being accountable of sticking to my plan. Today is cold and windy so I made a beef broccoli soup with mushrooms, and green onions. It’s low carb and tasty.
Just focusing on steps and low calorie burn. Work day tomorrow Blaaahhhhh!

    Here’s to a great Sunday!

Day 15 of being accountable to my meal and exercise plans. Today's a work day, so I'm keeping the stress level in check and ensuring that I get out and about to meet my minimum steps.

Day 17 of being accountable. I feel like I'm losing a bit of momentum, but I'm going to keep at it and stick to my plan. I think I'll need to mix it up in the kitchen and adapt to more creative foods in my diet. Got in a lot of steps yesterday, but not feeling the same today, so I aim for my minimum (5,000 steps). Here's to a great day!

Day 18 of being accountable. I weighed-in today with no change in my weight loss thus far, but no gain either.
It's my second day off of diabetic meds and my fasting BG is lower than I expected. While it's only 23 points higher than normal, that's not bad at all. I'm hoping it's not a fluke, so I'll be able to tell for sure within the next couple of days.

Today won't be a workout day. I plan on braiding my hair, or at least trying to do it better. I'm new at it, so it takes me a whole day just to do 1/2 my hair and I'm not doing it tight or right (arghhhhh). I'll have to watch some youtube tutorials.

    Here's to a productive weekend!

Day 19 of being accountable. Another beautiful day in the high desert!
Today’s focus was helping the hub install windows to our new exercise room. Our off-grid tiny cabin is becoming a house, bigger than our initial design. I’m grateful to be surrounded by 20 acres of beautiful land filled with juniper and piñon pine trees!

Accountability check-in. Today is blah, and I just want to go back to bed, but I must get outside and enjoy the fresh air. Today is a day of figuring out what to cook for dinner, otherwise, I ain't got no problems.

It’s the end of another exhausting day, but checking in for my accountability. Today wasn’t the greatest food day, but I feel good about doing the best that I can. Until tomorrow...

    Workout 4x/week
    Track every LBT
    Journal 2 x/ week
Making a vision board today to be able to incorporate my goals !
If anyone wants to do weekly challenges and share progress as an accountability partner , add me and we can chat more :) nikki

Daily accountability check-in. Today the weather is blah, so I don't plan on doing too much activity, but I do aim to get in at least 5,000 steps and get my water in.
For Valentines Day, I plan on cooking a low carb meal and cuddling <3

    Achieved my goals yesterday!

Today, I'll be accountable for feeding my body nutritious, whole foods, getting in my 1,5000 calorie burn for heart health (not weight loss) and drinking a minimum of 64 oz of water, and setting aside at least 10 minutes for "me-time" through meditation, for at least 10 minutes.

    Here's to a GREAT day!

On track and accountable today. It’s Friday, yippie!! I’m planning on seeing Black Panther tomorrow (excited), so I’ll be preparing healthy snacks to bring along in my purse!

End of day and I had higher carbs today (Movies) but it was planned. I accomplished my steps/calorie burn and got all of my water in.
It was a great accountability day!

Accountability check in today. Nothing major going on, just prepping food and activities for the week to come. Today is a day of rest and reflection, and ordering of Honey Bees, which will be ready by mid-spring!

Accountability check in. It's snowing a little so I'm just gonna chill indoors today. I have a work lunch meeting that I must navigate through. I'm not sure of the menu, so I'll just have to choose wisely. I must maintain focus, no matter what!

Here's to a great (but chilly) day

Accountability check in. No obstacles on the horizon, there's little snow on the ground, but nothing major, and my furkids are ready to roll!! Time to move...

Accountability check in for today. Today has been super cold, so I don't feel like doing too much. My drive into work/town this morning was exceptionally cold, a whopping 0°
    It's about 8° now, so a little warmer :D
I plan on staying on track with the food and hoping to reach my water goal as well. Here's to a day to be on track!

    Accountability check-in for today:
Today is a blah, blah snowy day, and the furkids would rather play outside. So I'm dealing with disgruntled doggie attitudes when I force them to come indoors. But I am grateful today, to be nice and warm and have everything that I need to remain on track. I don't think I'll go for a walk today, but I plan on working out via my Fitbit Coach.

Accountability check in. Had a great day today playing in the snow with my furkids. My hubby made a healthy dinner and I got most of my steps in. Here’s to another great day to be on track

    Accountability check in!
Can't believe I forgot to log in yesterday, but it was a very busy day spending time with my stepson and his new girlfriend. I didn't pay too much attention to myself, which caused me to eat higher carbs than planned. Today, is a new day to remain focused and on track, so I'm getting my steps and water in, and of course sticking to my low carb (keto) plan.

Accountability check in for today. I missed checking in yesterday, but remained on track and focused. The weather has been yucky, but at least I've been making my minimum steps and calorie burn. I've also been doing intermittent fasting to address/reverse my T2 diabetes. So far my blood sugar has been responding to my fasting regimen (16:8), so I'm really pleased with the process. Today will be my first day with 20:4, which means my feeding window is 4 hours per day, while my fast is 20 hours. We'll see how it goes!

Here's to a great day to be on track and focused.

I just started my feeding period with a grass-fed beef bone broth, and a low carb packed lunch. I feel way too full, but trying to get most of it in:
