@CLEPANT - No doubt! Remote car starters are wonderful. Winter AND summer. Nothing like pre-cooling the car interior in the summer too. And snow and ice comes off of warm windows SO easily.
Speaking of snow...we're getting more of that stupid stuff again today. You're killing me, Mother Nature!!

3 mile run yesterday and 6 miles today. March has brought with it the weather we should have in February - cool mornings with warm afternoons. It's most welcome after February was the hottest ever recorded. I'm at 30/75.
@sufferlandrian - food coma and boring classes are a terrible combination. Good luck with the energy drinks. The exercise should help too. Since you don't drink you shouldn't be too tempted by the gambling either.

Had time for a walk this morning before the chiropractor, then another short walk after and before I went back to another long day at work. At least I can turn my head and my neck is less sore.

Rest day for me, but may get out for a walk after lunch. The high is only supposed to be 26F today, but it's quite sunny and strong. I'm not sure if the sidewalks have been cleaned after yesterday's snowfall yet or if they're icy, but we'll see.

@Dave: Yes, I forgot about pre-cooling in summer. We also got more of that white stuff along with cold weather again. Bahhhhhh!
@ Dean: Five hour energy drinks would kill me. I took cafeine engery supplements during one of my first races and thought my heart was going jump out of my chest. No more caffeine products at races. Now I stick with Honey Stingers. But if I drank that during a class, they would probably be taking me out on a stretcher.1 -
Added another 1.25 miles. Plenty of time tomorrow to catch up and maybe get ahead a little.

I got to the gym for 6.0 brisk miles on the stationary recumbent bike and 0.5 mile on the StairTorture machine.

It was nice to have a day I could walk along the bike trail and not worry about the time. Or anyone on a bike considering the unseasonably cold weather and blowing snow. I only had to share with a few other brave souls braving the biting wind on foot.
Added 5 miles for a March total of 18.25 miles. It's been so long I could say I've walked that far that I checked it three times before I typed it in.
