Wow, some awesome dishes in this thread. Makes me want to spend a bit more time plating my meals up.
Here's my from scratch Keto Butter Chicken before I serve up. I've been working on it for months and feel like I have the flavours right where I want them. Still working on suitable keto side's to serve it with.

@Fyreside, perhaps caulirice? Or even the konjac rice (Miracle Noodle). I looove saag (Sarson ka saag - mustard greens. Palak saag - with spinach.) and could eat huge bowls of it, that makes a tasty accompaniment. Lots of ghee in it too if you want more fat.
Some good paleo/low carb/keto Indian recipes here: https://myheartbeets.com/recipe-index/#all1 -
Pecan salad with vinaigrette, grilled burger patties with Berbere spices (Ethiopian), avocado.
Breakfast next day was a cold leftover burger patty and 8 green olives and a pickled egg - no pix of that one.8 -
Oh that looks so yummy @canadjineh !0

I cooked an 8-Pound Pork Butt Roast in my Instapot. It made four 2-pound containers of delicious pulled pork goodness. I put one container in the frig to use this week and the other 3 in the freezer for future use. I also used a fat separator to save two 8-ounce jars of pork broth and one 8-ounce jar of pork fat.
Today I used 1 pound to make four crispy pulled pork savoy cabbage wraps. This pulled pork is great right out of the instapot but it can be taken to another level by crisping it up in a frying pan. I love using Savoy Cabbage as a wrap. Savoy Cabbage is almost as delicate as lettuce but sturdy enough to hold all of the goodies I fill them with.
Keto coleslaw made with broccoli, red cabbage, carrots and keto thousand island is the first layer on the cabbage leaf. Then 4 ounces of crispy pulled pork topped with keto BBQ sauce finish off this pulled pork sandwich minus bread.
Pork IS the other white meat. It is perfect for high fat keto recipes. I can’t wait to use the pulled pork, pork broth and pork fat for delicious keto pork recipes in the days and weeks ahead.

This is another spin off from the InstaPot pulled pork I made last Monday. The fixins for this salad were all chopped with my Vidalli Chop Wizzard. Chopped Tomatoes, Red Peppers, Onions, Celery, Napa Cabbage, Pickled Jalapenos and Avacado were the veggie choices. Sour Cream and Salsa were available for toppings. The star was of coarse Crispy Pulled Pork.
Obviously, you could use any veggies or toppings you like to make a Carnitas Salad. However, I highly recommend crisping up the Pulled Pork with pork fat in a frying pan, Carnitas style, before serving.

Winner, winner, chicken dinner.
Mexican spiced chicken, buttery avo, sharp cheddar, black beans, tomato & cucumber salad, spinach and a dollop of sour cream. Yumm.2 -
Deep dish meatizza! Sorry about the poor quality pictures. Definitely tasty, though not the best looking dish. Think Italian meat ball for the crust
Crust is ground turkey, few different seasonings, 1 egg, tbsp coconut flour. Filled with pepperoni, salami, parmesan and mozzarella cheese.

Hello, new to posting. I started keto monday and have lost 3 pounds for a total of 11 in the past few weeks. Kids and husband wanted french bread pizza so I made a portobello mushroom pizza with spicy marinara, italian cheese, salami, spinach and broccoli.2

Yummy, @anglyn1 - cucumber and mint raita made with greek yogourt - we often eat it with grilled Mediterranean burgers (cinnamon, oregano, and chili powder). I plop it on a pile of shredded romaine, hubby tops off his basmati rice.1

That looks so awesome, @stormywxs288. Hahah, needs waaaay more asparagus (and bacon of course)!! I'm desperate for asparagus season here. They are late this year because of the high snowpack, probably won't be eating any for another month for sure. Two things I can't stand eating unless they are in season locally - asparagus, and stone fruits - because they are desperately insipid when transported more than 100 km.0

30 oz porterhouse cooked in ghee. I did share some of it with my daughter5
