Low carb pizza by Keto King. Crust is almond flour, mozzarella cheese, xanthan gum, butter and salt. This will be my go to when making pizza with a crust.

His and her's style... Ribeye steak for me and a salmon steak for her, both grilled along with some onion, a medium portabella mushroom, and a little green pepper...

That "his and her's" approach is common in our household too @AnvilTime. I'm not much of a steak eater so have fish when my DH has steak. Those grilled onions look delicious.0

Lox & cream cheese on English cucumber with a slice of tomato and capers...seasoned the cream cheese with "everything bagel" toppings, also fresh shallot and dill.

Lox is deliciousness.
"Lox was traditionally only made from the belly of salmon, although other parts of the fish are now also used. The salmon is salt-cured or brined but never cooked or smoked, so it has a very silky, rich texture and translucency. Lox is the traditional topping of bagels with cream cheese and is most often served thinly sliced".

We have an amazing old Jewish deli nearby, where I get my lox.
Smoked salmon would work as well and probably easier to find at the grocer.
I've made it on low carb wraps in the past too, avoiding the bagel...

I had a bad craving for Malnati's in Chicago one night and then this happened...
Lou Malnati Chicago-Style Crustless Pizza
1.75# Sweet Italian Sausage
1/2# Sliced Mozzarella – I got mine pre-sliced from deli counter
12.3 oz Jar DeLallo Margherita-Style Pizza Sauce
14.5 oz Can Stewed Tomatoes
Fresh Grated Parmesan
Any pizza toppings you’d like…
1/4 Sheet Pan
Pre-heat oven to 350f
Drain the stewed tomatoes and lightly crush with your hands, leaving chunky, combine with pizza sauce.
Press sausage into sheet pan and up sides in a thin layer, about 1/4" thick (I will make it even thinner next time). Bake the sausage for about 20 min, until nearly cooked through. Remove from oven and drain grease from pan. I turned the sausage out onto paper towels & pressed dry, also wiped pan. Return sausage to pan and layer mozz on bottom, followed by any toppings if you desire. Cover the top with the tomatoes and a good sprinkle of parm or romano. I also used black olives and mushrooms.
Bake for 20 min or until bubbly.
This was a perfect pizza taste, same as Malnati’s crustless pizza. IMO way better than any “fathead” or other low-carb concoctions I’ve tried and easier. MalnatisLinky

Meal prep for lunch
Mexican fried "rice" (cauliflower)? It is chorizo, egges, peppers, cherry tomatoes, and green onions. Topped with baked wings tossed in a sriracha and lime sauce.

I'm in the snacking mood, and I'm in the office most of the day today. Not a great combination. So to combat that, I put together a Bento Box with boiled eggs, cauliflower and sliced zucchini, ranch dip, smokehouse almonds and sugar free pickles. I'm just going to snack on this throughout the day. I work at a Chamber, and people are always bringing in cookies, doughnuts, cakes, etc. This should keep me out of the break room.

I made salmon patties with canned salmon and an egg, topped with sliced marble cheese, avocado, mustard, mayo and baby spinach. They were delicious! Can't post cause I'm on android! you'll just have to use your imagination!3

Not quite keto as made, but I had a lot of extra calories left for dinner and I'm using the rest of them for non-carb things. So I went a little wild with the edamame.3 -
Oh! And here's last week's Nearly Carbless Quiche, which is definitely keto. I serve it with a side of arugula and sometimes a handful of blueberries!
