    Functional Threshold test today. Kicked my tail but it shows I'm getting better. Still not back to where I was before taking time off, but hey, progress is progress. :smile:

    I thought I updated last night but I forgot to hit post before I logged off I guess. Added 10.25 miles in the last two days for an April total of 56.5 miles. This is looking possible.

    I got some miles in at the gym this morning and I'm back on track for making goal this month. I've been dragging just a bit behind most of the month. Feels good to close the gap somewhat! :smile:

    @clepant - What a lovely thought but I couldn't accept anything either. The only thing I want from you is your continuing support as I try to stay fit - which you already give so generously. Besides - once you retire we may recruit you as an admin. Dave and I are getting forgetful LOL.

    Wow! Congrats to Anaconda!

    I went for my first run since the half marathon on Sunday. Just an easy 3 miles, but it felt great. I am so blessed. I did not deserve to run so well last weekend, nor to feel so good today. Why am I so lucky? Now at 87/75.

    Adding another 25 miles for 150 out of 250.

    Adding 16 miles for 166 out of 250.

    Adding 26 miles for 192 out of 250.

    Adding 8 miles for 200 out of 250.

    Adding 7 miles for 207 out of 250.

    Adding 27 miles for 234 out fo 250.

    I forgot to log my miles yesterday. Anyway, here's my total for the last two days. Adding 55 miles 289 out of 250. That makes goal. I love the warmer weather. :smile:

    Adding 25 miles for 314 miles. That's likely to be in for me for the month since I'm on a 62 hour shift this weekend.

    Got in 6.5 on foot & 8.5 from ex bike. AND it's spring in northeast Montana! LOVE IT!!!

    Hit my target for April, I'm at 61 of 60K, I'l see how far I can go in April and then try to break it in May

    P.S. I really was lucky on the half - I barely trained. The longest run I did was 9 miles a month before the race.

    As for me, I did a 3 mile run this morning. Not as good as yesterday - my legs felt heavier - but I got it done. I need to exercise more and lose some weight. :-1:

    Yep. It’s legal. Welcome to medical professionals. They are exempt from overtime rules and we are short handed.

    After 7 weekends of nasty rainy cold weather, this one is perfect! Went out for a ride this morning with friends, so adding 48.3 miles. Goal!!!

    Yesterday was a beautiful spring day and I was able to get 6 miles in on the bike path. Lots of traffic on bikes and on foot so it was a little tricky a few times but loved the time outdoors. Not feeling quite as good today and it is COLD again, so I only managed to force 4.25 miles out of myself.

    April total 66.75 miles. I was hoping to meet goal tomorrow but I will settle for squeaking in on the 30th.
