    I had a similar experience this week. 195 last Sunday, 194.2 Tuesday and every morning since, until I was bad yesterday and had a donut with the kid’s soccer team - today it’s 193. Not something I intend to do on a regular basis, but glad to see that one slip didn’t derail my progress.

    Congrats to everyone on the downward progress! Such an inspirational group. :smiley:

    April Goal: 217

    Didn't hit my goal but that's okay because I think the pause I had at the beginning of the month was good because I believe it gave my body a few weeks to rest and relax. I think these last 2 weeks have shown me that a reset is a good thing. I had an interesting "A-HA" moment because I am closing in on what was my husband's starting weight of 218. It has become an unexpected goal.

    I did NOT meet my goal for the month :( cuz I did NOT stick to the diet! I gotta get it together. I'm too comfortable where I am now, all my clothes fit again, I'm at the weight I've been for the majority of my life. I need to remember I want to be in SHAPE by age 30, for the 1st time ever! I got distracted by getting my old shape back, I'm not done yet!

    Well I'm fractionally down this month, 0.6 pounds which I guess is better than fractionally up! Under 155 at 154.6. Maybe May..........

    A small loss this week, partially due to hormones but I'm sure eating an entire Lily's bar to myself three days in a row didn't help anything :lol:

    I also weigh in tomorrow for another challenge, so I'll update my numbers for April 30th if they're any different :)
