Saturday(127) 3 Slices Pizza, Icecream Cone, 1 Mini Snickers
Sunday (127.4) 2 Bacon Cheeseburgers, Small Fry, Icecream Cone
Monday (127.4) Pasta Salad, Doritos, 2 Slices Pizza, Icecream Cone, Light Mocha Hot Chocolate
Tuesday (127) Big Bowl of Popcorn, 1 Slice Sharp Cheese, Mocha Hot Chocolate
Wednesday (125.6) Pasta Salad, Doritos, 2 Slices Pizza, 2 Donut Holes, Icecream Cone
Thursday (126.8) Today will be just a low calorie salad and I'm hoping it gets me down to 125 for my official weigh in day tomorrow.
I think I'm going to be ok eating carbs so I'm going to continue eating them. My plan from now on will be eating OMAD every day with NO carb restrictions and throwing in a low calorie meal day as needed to keep my weight in the 120's

Thanks, I'm not sure what you mean by supplement but if you mean pills I do take a daily vitamin D pill and a pro/pre biotic pill.0 -

Today I went to Santa's Village and I sat with Santa (Not on his lap ) and he gave me a birthday present which was a snowman ornament with my name on it, I love snowmen I will post a picture as soon as my mom sends it to me. I ate pizza, popcorn, mini doughnuts and icecream. I didn't eat it all in one meal but I didn't over do it either. Tomorrow my husband is taking me to the movies to see Jurassic World so I will be having my movie theatre popcorn and then I will have a pizza (Yes I will share both ) Sunday will be a low calorie day for sure.0
