Comments: Today was a good day. My trainer challenged me today to go an entire workout without the barbell....so that felt weird. The barbell is kind of my life..so yeah. My calories were where I wanted to be, way under, been really focusing myself on food lately and force myself to stop using the crutches I have been, snacks and such. It's really hard to do when your office is about 10 feet from your kitchen...but it's not impossible and I can do it3 -

I’m horrified! And frustrated!!! Second week in a row that I’m up, and significantly up. It’s especially frustrating because I’ve been doing well with food and exercise, even back to tracking this week. I’m guessing it’s the result of the July 4 off day, but still incredibly upsetting.4 -

A very frustrating week after a June that was so linear in its losses...I know I stayed under maintenance and was pretty close to my goal calories everyday...and added alot more cardio than usual...maybe the body is fighting the excercise some how? Anyway...next week is a new week and hope to see a return to some losses.2 -

I'm calling this a good week. I was up a bit from my Gooey Butter Fiasco on Wednesday so to be where I started at the end of the week...I'm ok with it. And I currently only have 5.5 hours left on what will be my 1st 24 hour fast. I am determined to finish it.2 -

Comments: I finally made it through a 24 hour fast. Had my doubts, but I did it, really happy that I made it, hopefully it helps. Finally broke down and got my ring resized and I can't believe how small it is now. Pretty happy with that too. Overall it's been a good day.3 -

Today was a good day and I'm pretty proud of myself because it's the weekend and my family got pizza but I still stayed under my calorie goal. Going to try to keep Sunday good like today as well!2 -

@AB0215 It’s funny. I was trying to figure out why I had no desire to post when I used to actively post. Then I realized that I had nothing to report. No gym time really bummed me.
I got a call yesterday and they have a promotion going on so I am heading back on Monday. I have to work tues, wed, thurs but gym Friday. Then the following week it’s 5 days a week. I return to work full time in September. So. I am recommitted to get to 155 by then. Bring it on.2
