Exercise: 2 hours of cleaning. My mom watched my baby for a few hours so I was able to some serious cleaning.
I’m not sure what I did but by the end of the night my ankle was swollen and hurt anytime I put pressure on it, I thought maybe it would be better when I woke up buuuut it’s not. Not sure what to do for exercise today1 -

Sorry not yet posted but here is my first weigh in of the month. My goal is to get below 180 this month will be trying my hardest. Found life difficult lately with new baby who is not new anymore and it's the summer holidays. Trying to decorate my son's room ATM with a baby little difficult as won't paint with her in the room soo far only taken 3 days. Hope to get it ready for him Sunday night 🤞will try read everyone's intro2 -

Today I had a knee replacement surgery here in Las Vegas at St. Rose Dominion. I am in the hospital and I walked with physical therapy 3 times. Twice up and down the hall. I expect to be released Friday. I am doing great. Please pray for a healing for me.2 -

I worked all day, and took a nap after work. Had a church function I had to attend for a committee I am on there. We meet the first Wednesday of every month. I tried to limit what I ate during the day and banked them for the wonderful meals they always make. While I did negate some of the extra calories, I was over. But that's ok. I know I am doing better and if I can't enjoy a good meal with the company of fellow parishioners every so often, what's the point??? Getting up early is definitely getting easier. Pretty happy with this. I know it's due to stress and lack of sleep though. We moved on Monday, but can't live in our house because apparently they got behind and it's not ready. So I don't sleep much or rest much. I actually look forward to going to work, but am dealing with the 1hr commute on very little sleep. This morning made me quite nervous. I am past the point of exhaustion. Hoping the house is done soon so we can move in this weekend!!
My scale is packed somewhere, so I can't do my daily weigh ins, and I eat everything. The advantage is that I am staying with my brother, and his wife is very into healthy foods. So that's probably the ONE AND ONLY reason I didn't gain.... hahaha4 -

@Keri8680 I totally get the vacation thing, I fell off the wagon on mine back in June and it was hard to get back into it. It was more like I fell off the wagon and then the wagon ran over me, so I get it. Hopefully, you will get back into it better than I did, although that as literally the first vacation I've ever taken so I don't feel sooo bad...2 -

Goals/Day: So had a busy day stressing about not getting much done but also thought that's ok couple of nights a week where I do housework and projects such as bedroom for 5yr old must be better than sitting on my butt and good for my mind at least. I have a problem where if I don't do anything my day is crap. What I need to do is say ok let's just play with the kids I can clean up later.
Track: no too busy but managed to do a daily post so things are heading in the right direction.
Calories: no over I think didn't write them down. Snacked all day had a salad for tea.
Exercise: Yes body weight exercises for 20 minutes and 10 minute walk round the house trying to make baby sleepy too.

I'm getting a jump on Friday because if today was any indication, tomorrow will be tough to get up early, hope I'm wrong, but I somehow doubt it.
