I guess I picked a good time to join this group, as it's at the beginning of a new month. Do I just go into the spreadsheet and add my stats? I didn't start tracking wait until June (when I started Keto), do I need to go back to enter that data?

- I didn't start tracking wait until June (when I started Keto), do I need to go back to enter that data? Nope, start when you feel it's most appropriate. The spreadsheet will track from that point on for you. Put the starting weight you choose at the top of your column.

I have copied them in and the only calculation that is working is manual (there appears to be a magic cell I can’t activate)0 -

Hi Team! I went to the spreadsheet today to update my numbers but my name seems to be missing from the sheet... was there a new one created? Or do people periodically delete unused columns? (I was away for most of August and didn't get to update).
Edit: Turns out i found my column on the "inactive" sheet. I've tried to moved it back over, but it's saying the sheet is protected. I'd like to be back on the active sheet please! Thank you0 -
Nevermind. I re-typed it all. I have a hard time getting onto a computer to update this so I just went ahead and added all my new numbers and my old ones. I hope that's ok.0
