Wow! This was a busy week!! We had 22 participate, the highest number I have ever seen!! We had 8 in the Winner's Circle this week, which ties the record (since I have been doing it) for the most ever! We had our four multiple week and previous Winners, @txmaryk99, @murdog3t, @thedestar and @violasmith85 joined by four first timers, and newcomers to our team of Big Butts, @Robandy12345, @abowersgirl, @jkdooley, and @kidkees!! Of special note, Bobby T. and Mary Kay were accountable for ALL SEVEN DAYS!! Congratulations to all for a fantastic week!!!

Marsha, I am sorry. I understand where you are coming from, but when I got your weights, the last week of July had already been entered and it was a transfer over of your weight for earlier in July. So the ~6 pounds you put on while on vacation, then lost immediately when you came back, never got registered. So, the first week of August you registered a 0.2 pound gain, then the second week you registered a 3 pound loss. It was just timing...and I know it doesn't reflect accurately all your hard work, and for that I apologize!0 -

Was away for the weekend, so did not track either day. I am sure I must have been over in calories since we were at a lake, making mojitos, and cooking out.
I did get plenty of exercise the two days, swimming, walking, paddle board etc.
Back to work & the usual routine tomorrow!4 -
August 5th Mini Challenge
Calories: tracked and under
Exercise: 20 min quick intense swim this morning and 40 mins biking this evening.
Tomorrow I'm going to a big pool party/pot luck so I'm a bit worried about calories, but I do plan to try and just stay in the pool as much as possible. Cant stuff my face while im in there. Lol I've also been under calories so I think I've probably banked enough to cover if I do slip to temptation.6 -

I am back. Vacation was fantastic and I enjoyed all of it. I am ready to get back to healhier eating. Altthough we only ate two meals a day, they were all pretty heavy on the carbs, and Denver is a craft beer lovers dreamland. Feeling extra bloated.
But we were very active. We walked all over the city. And let me tell you about Red Rocks Amphitheater. There are 380 steps to the top, and you are at a really high elevation. I walked to the top and down two times, along with the walk to get there. That was Friday night, my leg muscles are still screaming Monday morning6 -

Why don't you weigh-in Tuesday....that way it gives you a week to undo any damage, as it can be hard to stay on track while travelling. Enjoy!!1 -
