    With the amount of weight I lost I didn't make the list??? What!!! I have lost 8.8 lbs since July 23rd.

    I lost 5.8 lbs on July 29th and 3.0 lbs Aug 5th. I don't get it.

    Marsha, I am sorry. I understand where you are coming from, but when I got your weights, the last week of July had already been entered and it was a transfer over of your weight for earlier in July. So the ~6 pounds you put on while on vacation, then lost immediately when you came back, never got registered. So, the first week of August you registered a 0.2 pound gain, then the second week you registered a 3 pound loss. It was just timing...and I know it doesn't reflect accurately all your hard work, and for that I apologize!

    Was away for the weekend, so did not track either day. I am sure I must have been over in calories since we were at a lake, making mojitos, and cooking out.
    I did get plenty of exercise the two days, swimming, walking, paddle board etc.
    Back to work & the usual routine tomorrow!

    Not exactly sure why I gained. I was only over calories one day and I felt like I was pretty active. I guess I need to get more strenuous exercises and probably fewer carbs. 8 days til my birthday!

    For August 6th
    Tracked food: yes, under 21 calories
    Exercised: walked 12000 steps, lifted weights.
    Ate fun foods and stayed in my calories. Had head cheese and blueberry cheddar wildrice salami.

    I am traveling from Tuesday to Friday. I won't be near my scale on Wednesday which is my weigh-in day. Should I weigh in Tuesday b4 I leave or Friday when I get back?

    Why don't you weigh-in Tuesday....that way it gives you a week to undo any damage, as it can be hard to stay on track while travelling. Enjoy!!
