    Ashley will be entering your weights while I am gone. Please make your weigh-in posts very clear for her!!! A big bold WEIGH-IN to start the post might help her locate it quickly. If you have to miss your weigh-in or any issues of that nature, go the the Captain's Thread and tag her @AB0215. If you are just going to weigh-in on a different day, that is fine; just make sure you include your weigh-in day as listed on the spread sheet in your weigh-in post.

    Getting in the routine of my new job has left me completely drained of energy at the end of the day. Still doing my best to make wise food decisions, but my workouts are usually middle of the day or at night. Going to try and get them done in the morning before work.
