    Oh ikr!!! That's what made this week so hard when my family (mostly my sons) want to go out somewhere God awful-like Cheesecake Factory (AYE!!) -- I try to suggest places that I know I can order something safer. But yes, you are so right Ashley. That was the biggest change that I had made when I started my journey. 3 years ago, I ate out constantly--with no regard for fat, sodium, sugar content, no clue. When I was at my goal weight-- I rarely went out to eat--if I did I ordered the same food at the same places, like B. Goods, Qdoba, Panera Bread, Pret A Manger and a few farm-to-table/unique, upscale, healthy restaurants near us for date nights cheat meals.

    ALMOST 3 lbs THIS WEEK!!! :) AWESOME WEEK! GO YOU! o:)

    Comments: Weighing in tomorrow AM--- ARGH--- I have no idea what the damage will be---BUT I do have to take the gains and losses with life--- that's the deal here. It's all balance and I am at a weight and age currently where my body is not very forgiving if I go anywhere slightly outside my range of calories vs. exercise.

    I do feel better since the start of this challenge though! A very big change in these past few weeks--in my energy, pain level and abilities at the gym, so I am VERY grateful for that--- and will take tomorrow in stride... Monday is a new start!

    Today was amazing! I burned 3200 calories on my hike! I’ve never done anything like it and it was so super hard but I did it!!!

    I am BEAT! had my 2nd job, then the parish picnic (which went very well!) Woke up this morning, and I can barely move my legs. I guess a combination of the 3.55 miles, the being on my feel all day yesterday equals a lot of pain. OUCH! Getting ready to weigh in and see where I am. This post is for yesterday but I was just too tired to type last night... The only thing is I did have some very salty and greasy fries around 7:30p. And man my stomach hurt too. Guess my body isn't used to that kind of crap anymore!!!

    This whole week was not great at all. Been wearing a cast for my left foot and the medication just makes me bummed out. Hopefully this week, I can do better.

    GAAAAHH! :s:(:/:| well I did my best to stay under calories/IF/huge deficit... and workouts everyday... but stay-cation included 3 dinners at restaurants... and here's the aftermath. I also changed meds 2 weeks ago and not sure how that factors into water weight gain yet---SIGH.... moving on to our September Challenge and hoping to shed this asap!!


    @AB0215 Ashley, can I switch weigh in days?? I'd like to do Fridays if possible... that's my least hectic morning (I hope). :#:)

    Wahoooooo! Water weight is gone and it took some friends along with it!!

    My next goal is ONEDERLAND! I turn 35 at the end of September, how cool would it be to celebrate at my lowest adult weight? (I think I was under 200 lbs for a split second in my middle 20s, hahaha) I'm feeling reinspired and motivated. Yay 😄
