@SLIMn2016 I very rarely eat out anymore. I am disgusted by what they actually put in food as fillers and what not. It's like when you think you're doing great, you find out that your steak had some 47 carbs or some crap when steak by itself doesn't have any! Or like IHOPS that have been known to put pancake batter in their scrambled eggs...just saying.
Oh ikr!!! That's what made this week so hard when my family (mostly my sons) want to go out somewhere God awful-like Cheesecake Factory (AYE!!) -- I try to suggest places that I know I can order something safer. But yes, you are so right Ashley. That was the biggest change that I had made when I started my journey. 3 years ago, I ate out constantly--with no regard for fat, sodium, sugar content, no clue. When I was at my goal weight-- I rarely went out to eat--if I did I ordered the same food at the same places, like B. Goods, Qdoba, Panera Bread, Pret A Manger and a few farm-to-table/unique, upscale, healthy restaurants near us for date nights cheat meals.

Comments: Weighing in tomorrow AM--- ARGH--- I have no idea what the damage will be---BUT I do have to take the gains and losses with life--- that's the deal here. It's all balance and I am at a weight and age currently where my body is not very forgiving if I go anywhere slightly outside my range of calories vs. exercise.
I do feel better since the start of this challenge though! A very big change in these past few weeks--in my energy, pain level and abilities at the gym, so I am VERY grateful for that--- and will take tomorrow in stride... Monday is a new start!

I am BEAT! had my 2nd job, then the parish picnic (which went very well!) Woke up this morning, and I can barely move my legs. I guess a combination of the 3.55 miles, the being on my feel all day yesterday equals a lot of pain. OUCH! Getting ready to weigh in and see where I am. This post is for yesterday but I was just too tired to type last night... The only thing is I did have some very salty and greasy fries around 7:30p. And man my stomach hurt too. Guess my body isn't used to that kind of crap anymore!!!3 -
