Weigh in week: August Week 5
    Weigh in day: Monday
    Previous Week's weight: 151.0
    Todays Weight: 147.0

I'm still trying to recover from getting my wisdom teeth removed so I haven't had solid foods for a while. I'm having a hard time even eating 1000 calories a day so I haven't tried to exercise at all. So while I'm happy to be into the 140s I'm also a little bummed because I think some of it might be muscle loss and also worried I'll gain it all back when I can eat normal again.

@thedestar I was 14 when I had my wisdom teeth taken out, and I'm 32 now and I remember it like it was yesterday, definitely not a pleasant experience, I feel your pain.
As for the muscle loss, it generally takes longer than 3 or 4 weeks to start losing muscle, usually, just hang in there, you'll get back to normal in no time!!

@thedestar I hope you feel better soon. Take it easy and take as long as you need.

It takes a while to loose muscle mass so you should be fine. Don't get discouraged just be patient and get better.

Okay, so August has not been a good month for me regarding this challenge. It has been really hard to keep up between holidays and work going slightly crazy. But yhis week things are starting to settle again and I am trying new things to see ehich ones work better for me.
For the first time this week I started meal preparation. I have a whole week worth of food in Tupperware in my freezer and I also started Protein shakes as meal replacement once in a while.
Anyone have tried these and would like to share any feedbacks ?

    Mini challenge
    28/08
    Calories : Tracked and Under
    Exercise : 22 500 steps includes 20 min treadmill + 20 min elliptical + 20 min exercise bike.
Today was a good day. Back on track :)
