Daily Post (Wednesday)
Track: Yes
Calories: Yes, but not as far under as I wanted to be, I blame TOM for making me eat the protein cookie
Exercise:80 mins weight training, 30 mins walking
Comments: Good day, mostly, felt like *kitten* but the show must go on and my workouts turned out to be really good, despite how I'm feeling. I swear, the days I feel like crap I have the best workouts, and I think it's because I have to focus harder to get through them. Tomorrow's workout should be interesting, it's loaded with 3 things I've never done...which might be hard, so there's that.1 -

@a_petersen09 Don't be too hard on yourself, I'm up a little right now too, stupid TOM.
Really hoping that changes by Saturday, but I suspect it won't, because well, that's life...2 -

Daily Post for Wednesday:
Track: yes
Calories: yes
Exercise: stairs, and chasing a toddler around furniture. haha
Water: 113 oz
Really liking this IF thing so far. I have not done 5:2 and don't know if I could survive it, as I don't get enough sleep as it is... if I add not enough food, I might fall over. I get dizzy spells fairly quickly if I am not eating enough. But I might try 700 cals instead of 500. We'll see. Right now, just having the time restrictions is enough for me to keep myself in check. Even though I eat practically the same thing, having it spaced out in less time than before, has had a more mindful and positive effect.1 -

@tinak33 I'll share another fun fact about me. (by fun, I don't mean fun) I actually have low blood sugar. I think the reason I got fat to begin with is I used sugar and sweets to counteract the low blood sugar and would over do it, ride the high, then insulin would kick in and I would wind up lower than I started, and thus entering a viscous circle. Once I switched to keto, my body began producing it's own sugar, the exact right amount, and now I very rarely have dizzy spells. (I actually have only had one in over a year) I used to think I couldn't go all day without eating, but I can. It surprises me still. The moral of the story: Our bodies are pretty amazing ad adapting to what we throw at it! I would say it's more a mental game!
Having said that, start small, start closing your window a little earlier, or shaving 50 calories off a day, those sort of things, and do it over time, you'll be surprised at the results.2 -

Weigh in week: September Week 3
Weigh in day: Thursday
Previous Weight: 158.5
Current Weight: 158.3
I was a little disappointed by this. Yes, it's still a loss and I'm glad because I know I over indulged over the weekend. But my scale at home this morning, had a greater loss. I liked that number better. haha
However, since I record my weigh-in from the same scale every Thursday for the past 1.5 years, I don't want to break "tradition" because I don't like the number.
So hopefully I will end this month's challenge (next week) with a larger loss!1 -

How to burn over 1000 calories cutting the lawn: Cut it twice wearing jeans, boots and long sleeves in 91 degree temperature, with real feel of 98. Man, it was hot today. MFP said 1668, went with Garmin a little over 1100. I bet I sweated 20 lbs off.
