The challenge would be to drink your recommended amount of water every day for the week.
I know I've been slacking with my water and really need to get back to it.
**I've read that you should drink half your body weight in water, and that may work for some, but for me it was too much. So I did more looking (goggle of course) and found that it's best to go by the color of your urine..and straw color is best! May sound gross but it seemed to work for me, it put me down to about 100oz (from the 125-150oz I had been trying for) and I stopped feeling super full and bloated all day. Do whichever works best for you though.
I'll definitely take part in this. I had been drinking more water but then added crystal light back into my diet and stopped drinking water. Then I started craving soda again. So I'm back to just water this week.
@shines1981 I've been drinking diet Pepsi for the last 2 weeks like my life depends on it, lol and not having any water...I really need to get back to it.1 -

Goals or day: Sundays for me are part of the weekend and I can't seem to start my week there. Starting today, I'm recomitting to the lifestyle change and exercise program that I started back in January! My goal is to lose 15-20 pounds by the end of the year.0 -

Although i have been strict with my eating and been walking every day at least 5km's my weight has gone up almost 3 kg...Damn meds! I knew it would hold water, but didn't expect it to be this much.
This mornings weigh in was 102,5 kg while friday i was still 99,6 kg
@Gustaaf85 Just keep doing what your doing, eventually the water will come off. Also, I've heard that adding cucumber to your water helps with water retention...maybe something to look into?0 -

Goals or day: good day but I can feel my resolve weakening. I looked at my weight trend for the past 2.5 years... this is my bottom out weight... I never go much lower than this... I need to power through and figure this out, I still want to lose 20-25 more lbs0 -

My weight keeps fluctuating by a few pounds all throughput the week. I was hoping to be lower. But I did start drinking more water so hopefully that helps. And gonna start working out again tomorrow.

Good morning. So I am not down as much as I thought. For the last week my weight has fluctuated between 293-296. I have not been feeling well so while my eating has been ok I haven't had energy to exercise.
My goal for next week's weigh in is 293.0.

I am back to ore-vacation weight! I bought new running shoes at the outlets and they are lighter than my old shoes. I think that makes a difference. I am actually faster when jogging then I was before per my walking app. I am doing well during the week but weekends are starting to tempt me! ramping up the willpower!2 -

Goals or day: I’ve had a good few days and it is reflecting on scale - need to keep it up until and beyond weigh in day! My jogging buddies were busy today but I still dragged myself out there - I almost always skip when that happens but I’m making a conscious effort to do it regardless!1 -
