It was a rough start to the month but thankfully I was able to get back on track. So far in October, I have made it through a business trip, my daughters birthday, my husbands birthday and Canadian Thanksgiving. In the past that much at once would have completely derailed me. I'm pretty sure MFP and the accountability of coming to this group has helped immensely!3 -

A small loss... But better than a gain or no loss I guess! My period is set to start any moment, so this would be when I usually swell up. Kind of hoping I am swollen and it's hidding a bigger loss I'll see show up in a woosh.2 -

Had a bad week weightwise as it was my birthday at the beginning of the week then away with
friends at the weekend. Back on track now and the scales already show some loss so will see what they say on my official weigh in day on Sunday1
