    It was a rough start to the month but thankfully I was able to get back on track. So far in October, I have made it through a business trip, my daughters birthday, my husbands birthday and Canadian Thanksgiving. In the past that much at once would have completely derailed me. I'm pretty sure MFP and the accountability of coming to this group has helped immensely!

    Day - busy night with spirts pictures at school and a team end of season party.
    Tonight it’s packing for the trip so another crazy day.

    A small loss... But better than a gain or no loss I guess! My period is set to start any moment, so this would be when I usually swell up. Kind of hoping I am swollen and it's hidding a bigger loss I'll see show up in a woosh.

    Had a great trip to see the family this weekend - didn’t eat awful, but no tracking was done :(

    Calories - maybe as there was a loss
    Water - did drink more of that.
    Exercise - no. A lot of sitting in the car

    Ya win some and ya lose some. this week was a wash. Managed to stay the same even with a bit of celebrating over the weekend. At least it's not a gain!

    Exercise: no on Saturday,Sunday, Tuesday but hiked Adirondack High Peak on Monday and got 10k+ steps each of the other days

    Had a bad week weightwise as it was my birthday at the beginning of the week then away with
    friends at the weekend. Back on track now and the scales already show some loss so will see what they say on my official weigh in day on Sunday
