    I ate so much today and almost settled for not having my calories all together, but after thinking about it and knowing this weekend would be difficult, i decided to stay up and do a 45 min kickboxing session to change that. Proud of myself 😁

    2nd day in a row! Boy, did I miss this feeling of balance. It’s a wonder when we fall back into poor habits... it’s definitely not worth it. Hopefully these good ones stick! :)

    I need to post my weight a day early because I wont be around the next two days. And it’s not very good. Haven’t worked out once since Saturday and I have been terrible with my water consumption this week
