    My good news today was that I do not have breast cancer. Praise God for his grace. Our community is really hurting from this horrific incident. My heart is heavy.

    28th: 7.25 miles, First Aider at my Running Club 5 mile road race, very purposefully walked the route - MTD 155.29
    29th: 2 miles, Pilates and Fitness Yoga - MTD 157.29

    @clepant - a mixed few days for you. Don’t lose sight of your good news in the midst of the tragedy.

    I might just make it across the finish line. Tonight I have a ‘run the lights’ club run .... do an Internet search on Blackpool Illuminations (I’m sure I shared a picture 2016/17). Then it’s my Halloween run ... and I’ve yet to finish my outfit!!
