@LesIckaBod. You have been doing so well for so long. It's easy to get "process" fatigue.

Hopefully the habits you have set up over the previous months help carry you through.

However, even a "bad" day would feel much better than a "good" day ever used to. Remember where you were when you started and compare as to where you are now. You are SO MUCH better off now that 3 or 4 months ago.

Often we spend so much time looking forward we forget to look back and see where we came from. Appreciate where you are now, enjoy it for a bit. Then make a push for your next goal.

Most of all. Remember why you started in the first place. This is usually the driver to keep you moving forward.

    Great work on the planks.

    .
Yes, "process fatigue" -- that's it! Definitely feeling good about where I am now - just having some trouble with motivating for the next push. I'm close enough to smell my ultimate goal, now to just go get it!

@12Sarah2015 We have you as a Wednesday weigher, with your PW for last week 136.7. Are you still planning to be a WEdnesday weigher?

    Hey all!

I'm finally back from a long, much needed vacation! If it's too late to officially join, that's ok! I'll still just post for accountability if that's alright

    Week 1
    caitlynns727
Previous: 181.5 (yikes! Big weight gain on vacay)
    Current: 179.1

Not surprised by the gain at all. All-inclusive is just too good to resist! Hoping to get down to 170 before the end of the year

Exercised?: Yes (5km in 39 mins - hills).
    Calories?: Yes
    Tracked?: Yes

Little rain today, but cold for this time of year. Good walk before lunch.

My wife saw her Diabetes specialist today. He was "blown away" with the progress she had made. 19kg (40 lbs) lighter than last time she saw him. Hb1AC down from 8.2 to 4.8 (and over 2 months with no insulin injections). She has also been taken off one of the 3 oral medications (glyade from memory) and permission to take self off others (one at a time) if the blood sugar readings remain low. LDL cholesterol also lower.

She will be the first type 2 diabetes patient he has had that looks like having a complete reversal of symptoms.

Eventual aim is to be off ALL medication.

Needless to say, my wife was overjoyed with the outcome (and so am I).

@craigo3154 Hurray for your wife! And for you! Through weight loss you've both changed your lives together for the better, bringing in more activity, more hope, and more ability to plan for a long future together! I hope you get to enjoy a long happy walk together soon, and for many evenings hereafter!

Calories: Yes. Attempting to up my calories slowly as I feel I lost too much last week. Finding a happy medium! Still within my 1380, but trying to be closer to that number instead of way under it.
Exercise: Yes. Today was technically my rest day but I went to the gym and did a really easily 1.5 mile run and planking Tabata.
