Mini Challenge: Question of the week
Actually I have two favourites (sorry). If my ankles and knees would not let me down so badly every time I ignore what I painfully learned in the past, I would still be running. There are times where I miss it very much- like when I see my two colleagues running together every Wednesday after work...
For money: I love stand up paddling but getting to the lake or sea plus owning a board (Plus a wetsuit in winter...) is definitely above my current budget. So it's only for holidays ..2 -

@mram3582 It is early but if I don't go before work I end up not going at all so... It just means that I go to bed at 8:00 to compensate so don't anybody expect me to know any current TV shows.1 -
Question of the week: I'm with @mram3582 although I would go skiing. Unfortunately in the last couple of years I have broken both of my feet (clutz that I am) and they can no longer comfortably fit in ski boots. :-(1

Mini Challenge: Question of the week. If money or physical ailments weren't an obstacle, what physical activity/sport would be your personal favorite?
I would personally like to go snowboarding again, but it is brutal on the knees. My knees aren't even very bad, but I know that I couldn't board again for at least 50lbs.....at least that is what my health insurance premiums tell me

Answer to the question. ......I loved running when I was much younger. A knee injury followed by arthritis has put a stop to my favorite form of exercise.1

Question of the week: indoor rock wall climbing! I have tried it twice and really enjoyed it but don’t have any friends interested in it and you need someone on the other end of the ropes! Also moved suburbs and don’t know of any I can get to without a car.
Might go google it now! It’s hard to do being this heavy but would get me fitter!0 -
