    Going in the right direction but know I could have done more. Bar one dinner out with friends this week I have all my meals prepped. Need to make sure I’m consistently logging this week so will do the mini challenge.

    I wanted to finish the week even if I ended with three straight nights of Holiday events. I’m still happy with the week cause I lost weight and actually participated with you all again. I said earlier, this was my toughest week this month and it will be over tonight. I feel motivated and will get back on track tomorrow.

    Glad to hear that you survived your toughest week this month, by doing the very best that you could on non event nights, which is eating at a deficit and going to the gym!! And that you are motivated this Monday morning to start immediately to undo any damage!

    Only a small loss this week but it is a loss :-)

    Look at our Australian contingent....starting our week off right with two losses!! Two pounds and one point three pounds respectively! Very nicely done!!

    Exercise- yes. Have been doing a lot of walking, especially in our field. My husband has been selling Christmas Trees, but it tends to turn in to more socializing with the neighbors, but does require a lot of walking!!! 🎄

    Walking and socializing...what a great combination!!

    That's what the mini challenge is for...to keep you accountable!! Maybe it could have been a better week, but a one and a half pound loss is still a very good week!!
