SUPER STOKED THAT I LOST 2.2 POUNDS IN ONE WEEK AS THAT IS A LOT FOR ME AND SINCE NOVEMBER 21ST I HAVE BEEN HAVING MORE GAINS THAN LOSSES SO TODAY I AM REALLY HAPPY.
RE-LOST EVERYTHING I HAD RE-GAINED SINCE NOVEMBER 21ST AND LOST A "NEW" 1.1 POUNDS!!!!!
SINCE I WEIGH 140.8 POUNDS TODAY THAT MEANS I AM SOOOOOO CLOSE TO SEEING THE 130S AGAIN
AND SO CLOSE TO BEING DOWN 30 POUNDS FROM MY HIGHEST WEIGHT AS TODAY I AM DOWN 29.3 POUNDS TOTAL. CAN'T WAIT!
I AM EXACTLY 16 POUNDS DOWN FROM MY JANUARY 1ST WEIGHT SO LOST 16 POUNDS IN 2018. WOOHOO!
