    Hi Tracy (tigale) thank you and no not walking everywhere but building the walking up new years day wasn't a brilliant day so decided to go for a walk and 6 hours later 20 miles done.

    Goals or day: Shoveled more snow this morning, now it's done until the next storm hits. My mother came to town so we ran errands and shopped for a while, was a good day!

    I guess Uncle Tom is bringing Aunt Flo for a visit. My back and joints are killing me. Headaches for the last three days, nausea, and cramping. Joy. I would love to take a Midol right now, but my bloodwork came back from the doctor a few weeks ago. My kidneys are not function within a range of numbers they would like, so no meds such as Midol, Alieve, Tylenol etc. Going to take my essential oils to work with me today. I have a feeling I am going to need them.
